Woohoo! How exciting! Nothing is better than a hand-me-out for advertising! This will be a great opportunity for some lucky winner to try out this wonderful gift from God: kefir grains. Being able to make my own kefir has opened a world of opportunity in my kitchen.
My favorite is to culture half & half for just under a day, strain out the grains, then to place this cultured cream through a clean nude knee-high stocking/or cheese cloth doubled over. Then separate the whey out and with the cheese/labneh/greek style kefir yogurt, add a touch of honey and let set in the refrigerator for a day to sweeten nicely. Delectable. So thick and creamy. Won't find anything this delicious in the yogurt section of your local grocery store. ;-)
